Hey there. So incase most of you haven't read, Ben has to unfortunatly leave us. We still have Tatiana but she is extremely busy at the moment. This leaves us with just me. I am good but not that good and would struggle to run this place on my own. Please feel free to apply to be a member of staff. I'm after a moderator and another admin. Why I should pick you?:

I know I've just joined today, but this caught my eye and I decided to give it a try. However, I'm already in love with this place and I plan on staying :)

I've been staffing on various sites for the last six years, so I've seen many things and many different ways to staff. I'm willing to contribute ideas and give to the community and always listen to opinion. I'm always active and I enjoy talking with anyone and everyone :D People have described me as a kind, caring individual who listens to others. Though I'm also described as a hardcore admin who can be very strict on rules and quick to act when trouble occurs however, I do this with a firm, yet gentle hand. I always allow people to explain themselves if there are disputes among members. I refuse to take sides.

I'm also rather easy going and cooperative, so when it comes to staff discussions and disagreements I'll be open to negotiate. I never make snap decisions unless it's critical, I always go to the other staff members to talk about it and work things out.

Another thing I can do to contribute is to help in the coding and onsite graphics if you'd like me too. I'm good at finding bugs within the code and fixing them. I can also make graphics ^^

I like to think of myself as a good judge of character and able to help members with whatever they may need. And with my experience, I can share different ideas and events that can help make the site more fun and welcoming for members. It keeps activity up.

I hope you take all this into consideration. If you want to take a few days to watch me, and get to know me better before you make this choice, that's fine. I'm patient :)

Roleplaying - Almost two years now.
Staffer - The first RPG I started to work on is a fantasy site. Unfortunately, we died down since the head admin wasn't active anymore. The second one, well, I co-owned this hp site on ivasionfree but the admin also started to get inactive. The third one. Is I think mirror of erised. Well, I don't know what happen. It was a hp, sixth year, site but we also died down. Currently, I own two sites. Castalia Academy, who's currently getting in progress. And a successful Changing Time [hp era clash] and we're doing really good. This time, I won't let them die down. So will I with this site
Why I should pick you?:
I'm not really sure. I just wanted to help out with the site. When I saw this site and first visited it, I liked it very much. I guess I'm not that good with coding but I can code. I'm also good with proboards. And I know, I'm in the knack of being inactive every now and then but I promise to be really active and help around alot. I'd also be hardworking to anything you assign me. I also have lots of ideas such as for events, etc. There's not much I could say. Though, even if I wasn't accepted, I would still tell you guys my ideas :3 I just thought I'd give it a shot.
