[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 505px; -moz-border-radius: 0 185 185 0px;background-color:#4B088A;] she grew up on the side of the road ---------------------------------------- where the church bells ring and strong love grows -------- Each night between the hours of 7pm and 9pm, Allie opened the door of her dorm room for anybody to come in. Of course, being the Resident Assistant, she always had an Open-Door policy, but found that people were more inclined to actually stop by her room and talk if her door was open first. Sometimes it would be to just chat about the day, ask about classes or the newspaper, or would be an actual issue going on in the person’s life.
Being an RA had been a challenge for the junior. She was known for being the shy girl, but opened up when she got comfortable around a person. Being in charge of a hall that was co-ed was a challenge she had definitely taken grasp of and was trying to accomplish.
She glanced at her clock and noticed it was close enough to 7 and stood from her bed. Walking to the door, she turned the knob and opened her door, propping it open with the chair that had been with her desk when she moved into her room. Allie poked her head out of the doorway and looked down each end of the hall, making a note of the noises going around before returning to her bed and hitting the space bar on her laptop to continue the movie she had found online.
