It was as if he had gone to another world. The atmosphere was electric. Of course, Kit had been to night clubs before but he always got a buzz when he found himself around this part of town and always popped in for a bit of a laugh. Usually, he would see people he knew. A friend had asked him to meet him at the Mexico night club at 11pm for a chat. He wasn’t too late as he glanced at his watch – 5 to. No, he would be fine. Hurrying up the street, he saw the bright neon sign. The bouncers were at the door and he showed them his ID and he was let in.
Now, the trouble was he was going to have to try and find his friend. The mass of people made it very difficult and he pushed his way through them to the bar. Reaching it, he glanced up and down to try and recognise someone and finally found his friend, Mark, sitting in the corner. He pushed his way over to him and sat down.
”Finally got here, sorry.” he muttered, smiling a bit and running a hand through his hair.
”No worries. Now, you know your job?”
Kit nodded – Mark was a leading producer in the adult film world.
”Well, I know it is good money but have you ever thought about expanding and doing it without the camera?”
Kit frowned, he had a feeling he knew what Mark was getting at. ”If you are talking about prost- ...”
Mark cut across him, ”I would find you a manager, you would be alright. A strapping guy like you wouldn’t find it hard. It is just the same as what you do now just without the cameras! Think of the money, Kit. A hundred dollars plus for just a fuck.” he gripped Kit’s hand, staring at him.
Kit stared back, blinking a few times before stuttering out – ”I...I really...I mean, but...like...”
”Have a go! Look at all the people here, surely someone might want something...” Mark pointed to the crowd of people, Kit looked too. There were a lot of people, and he was good looking and some people may know him from his films.
”What do I do?”
”Go sit over there.” Mark pointed to the other side of the bar, ”And just eye people, I will sit here and see if I can point anyone in your direction. Go on Kit...”
Never having a father figure, and being influenced easily, Kit took Mark’s advice, stumbling over to the other end of the bar and sitting down. He ordered a drink and waited, feeling like a bit of an idiot, his hands shaking ever so slightly. His mother would be so upset if she knew....

Codie really had no idea what she was doing downtown. Usually if she was downtown it was during the day and she either had Ryan with her, or one of her other friends. Never was she alone at night. She had heard word that a few of the more popular kids hung out downtown at the bars, and even though she was still under the legal drinking age, that didn't stop her from having a fake ID. Codie has dressed to impress tonight, she wanted on the cheer team, and in with the populars, she would do whatever it took. Nothing stopped her in high school, and nothing was going to stop her in college. Armed with her stilettos, lip gloss, and fake ID, Codie wore dark skin tight clothing as she entered the club.
She had never seen anything like it before. The music, the lights, the people, the dancing. Oh her parents would kill her if they knew where she was. She chuckled a little as she watched the people grinding on one another. She knew her parents didn't approve of her dancing career, and the hip hop dancing she took up, if only they could see her now. She was thankful they had no idea where she was though.
Making her way to the dance floor she looked for a group of people that she had recognized from school, before she began to dance. She was hoping that her moves would attract the attention of the right people and not the old creepy men like most of the movies portrayed. After dancing to a few songs, Codie began to relax and let loose a little. She didn't need to drink like most people did to have fun, she was confident enough to have fun without alcohol. Having a ball, Codie smiled brightly as she danced around with strangers but soon found herself being approached by thirty something year old drunk. He was trying to force himself on her, grabbing her ass, trying to dance, while she kept pushing him away. "Get away from me you dinosaur. Leave me alone." But unfortunately his size compared to hers didn't allow her to easily escape.

Caliko had the money and she had the means for trouble. Though not many had ever seen that side of the young woman her closest companions knew better than to toy with the young devil. Pushing her hair out of her face Caliko moved her body through the crowd of people eyes peeled for anyone she may know, but as of yet no one caught her eye. Glancing to the small stage Caliko almost slithered her way towards it, however she noticed as her eyes swept the floor one of ger dealers. Looking around quickly Caliko slunk through people shoving her way where she needed.
"Jason!" She shouted hoping to get his attention, which it quickly did. Racing over to the twenty five year old Caliko enclosed him in a tight hug, "When did you get out?" Caliko had heard Jason had gone in over two months ago for possesion and for assault.
"Last night" the man's rough southern accent fit the broad muscles as looked down at one of his best customers, "What can i get you baby doll?"
Looking around quickly but descretely Caliko spoke, "I need a quarter..." Jason nodded carefully slowly reaching into his pocket eyes peeled. The two quickly made the swap then continued the friendly banter until Jason's eyes appeared frozen on something or rather someone.
"Looks like someone has a staring problem..."
Caliko shook her head, "Dont waste your time Jason... men in this place for some reason love to stare at anything that has tits..." She then jacked his glance and took a huge drink, "now where were we?"

Sitting alone in the corner was getting rather boring. Kit glanced at Mark who was talking to someone. God he felt bored, no one seemed remotely interested in him. He took to gazing at the people in the club, trying to catch a few people’s eyes but failing. What caught his eye first was that his friend – Caliko – was there. He attempted to wave but the man she was with gave him an evil look. He dropped his hand, feeling a bit put out. Caliko was a good friend of his, but obviously that bloke she was with didn’t want him to see her.
He took a swig of his drink and heard a slight scream and a scuffle nearby. He glanced over and saw that a girl was struggling – not grinding – but struggling against a man. He sat up straighter, not knowing whether to go and help or ignore. He didn’t like confrontations. But then again the girl looked young and he didn’t like to see people be sexually assaulted no matter what he did for a part time job...
He jumped to his feet, nearly knocking his drink over. ”HEY!” he shouted, but over the noise and beat of the music, the man probably wouldn’t hear. Kit hurried towards them; no one else seemed to be doing anything. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Mark standing up as well. He hurried over and grabbed the man from behind. The man drunkenly let go of the girl and swayed slightly. Kit stood and stared, now slightly petrified as he saw the man’s hand raise and go to punch him. Suddenly Mark was at his side and had directed the punch away from Kit’s face. ”What the fuck are you doing?!” he hissed into Kit’s ear. The drunk had gone in for another punch but Mark grabbed him and threw him away from them, into the mass of people who screamed but he had disappeared from view.
Kit glanced at the person he had attempted to save and gave the pretty girl a small smile. Mark grabbed his shirt suddenly – ”Don’t go picking fights like that again! You don’t know how much that will damage your reputation and your looks, Kit.” he cupped Kit’s face in his hands who stumbled away from him. ”Sorry, sorry...” Mark scowled and pushed his way through the crowd again. Breathing heavily, Kit glanced again at the girl – ”You alright?!” He suddenly wondered where Caliko had gone...

Codie continued to struggle with the drunk dinosaur until she heard someone yell out and grab him off of her. She took a few steps back and gasped as she saw the guy turn around and swing at the guys that came to her rescue. Covering her mouth she closed her eyes, not wanting to see anyone get hurt. She kept them closed until she heard the one ask if she was alright. She looked around and noticed that his face was untouched and the other guy had mysteriously vanished. Codie looked at him and nodded yes quickly before remarking, ”Im fine, are you okay? He didn’t hurt you did he?”
Reaching out, Codie’s caring nature took over as she ran her hands across his face, examining it to see if there were any visible marks. Smiling at him she dropped her hands and realized she didn’t introduce herself or thank him. ”Im Codie by the way, thanks for taking care of that guy, he just wouldn’t leave me alone.”

As Caliko and Jason talked on she heard the loud shouts of a scuffle. Standing abruptly instantly scaring her companion as she looked over the crowd to see none other than Kit almost getting hit, but then being recovered by another gentleman. Whispering goodbyes to Jason Cali quickly shoved her way to the crowd until she noticed the girl he had rescued. She was obviously a college freshman not only by her appearance, but also because she had seen this girl at the schools orientation recently.
"Hey Kit... Saving the damsel in distress I see..." Her voice was smooth almost monotone no real emotion apparent as she looked at the girl however ur eyes lit right up as she looked at her friend. Her and Kit had hit it off from the moment they met latterly born one year apart had been amazing for them making them wonder what else they had in common. They'd happily found a friendship in one another, yet recently it seemed he had been distant not willing to pry though Cali had let the matter lie.

She had her eyes closed. Kit smiled softly and shrugged as she asked him if he had hurt him. ”No, no I am fine thank you.” he gave her a warm smile and when she touched his face he went slightly red. ”Nah, its fine.” he grinned and listened intently as she introduced herself over the music. ”Nice to meet you Codie...I’m...”
”Hey Kit...Saving the damsel in distress I see...”
A familiar voice of his friend Caliko suddenly appeared and he raised an eyebrow, turning around and giving his friend a light hug. ”Hey...” he laughed at what she said – ”This poor girl was getting attacked! I couldn’t just leave her!”
He loved Caliko’s company, the two were great friends. He was exactly a year older than her as they shared the same birthday – 15th July. It was pretty cool as he’d never met anyone like that before. ”Caliko, this is Codie.” he introduced the two girls. He felt bad as he had been distant with Codie ever since he had started his job properly. He had mentioned movies to pay the rent but she didn’t know exactly what the movies entailed. He would tell her some other time. Not that he didn’t trust her or anything...
”I am glad you’re alright Codie, not the nicest of things to happen.” he grinned. ”Shall I get you two a drink?” he asked them and without waiting for an answer, headed to the bar and had already ordered another drink for himself. He didn’t care if Mark told him off again, prostitution was not for him just yet...maybe in a few hours...

Codie wasn't quite sure of what to think of the two new people in front of her. She figured they weren't popular kids at the school, so she didn't know if she wanted to waste too much time on them, but her nice nature was haunting her to at least try. "Its nice to meet you, and thanks again."
When Kit asked if they wanted a drink and then took off without waiting for either to answer, Codie shrugged it off and looked over at Cali. She could instantly tell that there wasn't something about her that she wasn't going to like, she just didn't know it yet. She thought for a minute of something, anything that she could say to be nice, but just couldn't. She was thankful when she heard the music change, forgetting all about the past event she squeeled with joy when she recognized the song and saw a group getting together to dance. "Its my jam!" Codie exclaimed as she ran out to the dance floor, still in view of both Cali and Kit and started to dance to the Wobble.
